FOR SOFTWARE AGREEMENT WITH TAPFORALL, LLC.
* PLEASE NOTE THAT AMENDMENT NO. 1 WAS FOR INTERNAL PAYMENT PROCESSING ONLY
This Amendment, dated for reference purposes only as April 15, 2025, is made by and between
the City of Renton and TapForAll, LLC.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-24-197, dated
March 13, 2024 to provide Administrative Software Services. (referred to herein as the
“Agreement”).
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the dates of service and
compensation for the 2025 calendar year.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-24-197 is amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 4 is amended to add:
Dates of Service: 2025 Calendar Year.
Venue: Renton Farmers Market
Performance time(s):Annual subscription service
2. Paragraph 5 is amended to add:
Total Compensation to Provide by City of Renton: $16 per approved Farmers Market
Vendor, estimate 114 vendors for 2025 for an approximate total of $1,824.00.
3.All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have voluntarily entered into this Amendment as of
the date last signed by the Parties below.
