On 4/20/2025 1 was working as a uniformed patrol officer and driving a marked patrol vehicle for the City
of Renton. I was dispatched to a report of a hit and run that had occurred prior near 1140 Edmonds Ave
NE Renton/King/WA. Rebecca Munoz Parra DOB: 8/9/1972 was calling to report that someone had hit her
silver 2005 Dodge Stratus WA/AHH2O93.
I called Rebecca and she advised that her vehicle is parked on the street in front of the complex and
sometime around 1100 hours on 4/19/2025 it was struck by another vehicle causing damage to the driver
side rear area.
Rebecca said that she was told by a neighbor that it was a small, dark colored Nissan or Hyundai driven
by a 40-50-year-old,white female,with dark hair. Rebecca had no further suspect information.
Rebecca advised her vehicle was unattended at the time of the collision. She said that it is currently
broken down and she has no insurance for the vehicle.
