SUBJECT: "On Hold" Notice
Fountain of Hope Ministries International Church / LUA25-000077, CU-H, ECF
Dear Ms. Kamanga,
During our review, staff has determined that additional information is necessary in order to proceed further.
The following information will need to be submitted before July 23, 2025 so that we may continue the review
of the above subject application:
1. The title report is out of date and needs to be updated. Please obtain a current title report and
submit it to me for review. In addition, within submitted title report there are some items of note
that may impact the project proposal. There is an easement covering the entirety of KCPN
0007200184 (the parking lot parcel). Please see 4831767, attached. There is a use restriction on the
property, which limits the uses permitted on the site to a funeral home, crematory, cemetery, casket
or monument sales, pre-need funeral or cemetery sales and/or services. Please see page 4 of the
vesting deed, attached. Please work with the property owner to remove these encumbrances so
that the City may continue processing this application.
The review of your project has been placed on hold until these comments are addressed and a new current
title report is submitted for review. The Environmental Review Committee meeting scheduled for April 28th
and the Public Hearing scheduled for June 10th have been cancelled and will be rescheduled when the above
comments are addressed.
