SUBJECT:Software Maintenance Renewal for MS2 TDMS
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached foryour review andsignature is Amendment No. 2 to TAG-24-024 with Midwestern
Software Solutions (MS2). This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 14027M-25, in
the amount of $3,259.37 for the annual software maintenance renewal of TDMS. Renewal
dates are 07/01/2025 – 06/30/2026.
The Public Works Transportation division uses this software to manage their Turn
Movement Count (TMC) data.
