Hi Greg,
Yes, the Wetland Assessment, Standard Stream/Lake Study, Flood Hazard Data, and Habitat Data Report can be waived for
the Shoreline Management Exemption for single-family residential pier repair. Please include this email in your submittal to
document the submittal item waivers.
