On 4-21-25 around 1529hrs I dispatched to a non-injury blocking collision at SUNSET BLVD N/NE 3RD ST,
Renton, King Co,WA. Initial information was two vehicle, CDV7747/WA—unit 1, and BAC6675/WA—unit 2,
were blocking eastbound NE 3rd.
I contacted both involved subjects,Ashley D Campos—driver of unit 1, and Phung T Ha—driver of unit 2,who
both had a similar telling of events. Unit 2 was in front of unit 1 turning from northbound Sunset Blvd N to
eastbound NE 3rd St. Unit 2 stopped while attempting to merge on to NE 3rd St and unit 1 collided with unit 2.
1 observed minor damage to the front bumper of unit 1 and the rear bumper of unit 2.
Both vehicles were drivable and both involved subjects declined medical aid.
Campos was unable to produce valid insurance. I provided Campos my card and advised she had one week to
email me proof of insurance. Should she not provide proof of insurance I will write a citation.
