THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between The Seattle Police Department
(SPD), a department of the City of Seattle, hereinafter referred to as "SPD", as represented by
the Chief of Police; and City of Renton.
The original Agreement is amended as follows. All other terms and conditions of the original
Agreement, as amended, remain in effect.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Scope of Work is amended to remove the purchase of ViDoc Handheld 3d Scanner and
include the purchase of Zebra TC72X Mobile Evidence Scanners. Additionally, the staff
travel/training participants and costs increased along with the hourly rate for their Victim
Advocate.
The Scope of Work for this Agreement and the time schedule for completion of such work are
describe in a revised Exhibit A, which is attached to and made part of this amendment.
NOW THEREFORE, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to Edward Byrne
Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program FY 2023 Local Solicitation by having their
representatives affix their signatures below.
