THIS AMENDMENT, dated for reference purposes only asMarch 27, 2025, is by and between the
Gray & Osborne, Inc.
a Washington corporation. The City and the Consultant are referred to collectively
in this Amendment lly executed by the Parties, this Amendment is
effective as of the last date signed by both parties.
Whereas, the City engaged the services of the Consultant under Agreement CAG-19-335, dated
November 17, 2022, to provide necessary services for the Cedar Ave Sidewalk project (referred
Whereas, the Parties wish to amend the Agreement to change the compensation in order to
complete the engineering services for Cedar Ave Sidewalk Project.
NOW THEREFORE, It is mutually agreed upon that CAG-19-335 is amended as follows:
1.Scope of Work: Section 1, Scope of Work, is amended to add work as specified in Exhibit
A-2, which is attached and incorporated herein.
2.Compensation: Section 4, Compensation, is amended so that the maximum amount of
compensation payable to Consultant is increased by $15,755.00 from $65,540.52 to
$81,295.52, plus any applicable state and local sales taxes. The additional compensation
shall be paid based upon Work actually performed according to the rate(s) or amounts
specified in Exhibit B-2, which is attached and incorporated herein.
3. All terms of the Agreement not explicitly modified herein shall remain in full force and
effect and such terms shall apply to Work performed according to this Amendment as if
fully set forth herein.

SCOPE OF WORK
CITY OF RENTON
CEDAR AVENUE SIDEWALK PROJECT
CAG 19-335
This Amendment No. 2 includes additional engineering services as specifically detailed below.
The expiration date of this agreement is December 31, 2027, no change from the original
agreement.
Additional Engineering Services
12. Provide additional design support during the bid phase to address bidder inquiries and
plan revisions desired by the City.
13. Provide Engineering support services as requested by the City during the construction
phase in the amount of 15 working days at 4 hours per day, plus 4 hours of drafting
work. This work may include submittal review, assistance with change orders, weekly
meetings, progress payments and/or site visits. This does not include field inspection.
14. Prepare Record Drawings based on plan revisions issued during the construction phase
and contractor red-lines. This work does not include field survey.
