EF70800 CASE# 25-1821 OF DATE AND r�N + 02/26/25 18:55 O�COLLISION NARRATIVE 25-1821 Non-injury collision Axon: Axon body cam available Photos: Photos uploaded by me and Officer Rivera to Axon evidence.com Video: Axon invite sent to Jun Yu Narrative: On 02.26.2025 at 1908 hours, Jun Yu called 911 from the Renton Police Department about a collision which occurred at 1850 hours in the 100 block of Airport Way in Renton. This address is within the city limits of Renton, County of King, WA. At 1912 hours, I met Yu. I advised Yu that our contact was recorded. Yu was the sole occupant of a dark gray 2024 Tesla Model 3 WA/CNK8962. This vehicle is registered to Yu. Yu provided his photo WADL that identified him as Yu, Jun DOB/08.01.1974. Yu has valid DOL status. Yu showed me damage to the rear driver's side quarterpanel and rear door of his Tesla. The Tesla has camera that run all the time. I was able to watch as Yu was driving westbound in the 100 block of Airport Way. He was in the curb lane or lane 1. A Silver Toyota Highland came up behind Yu also headed westbound but in lane 2 (or one of the center westbound lanes). The vehicle struck Yu's vehicle and then made a U-turn and headed eastbound. The plate on the Toyota Highlander was WA/CKS1186 and is registered to Korad Koliso DOB/01.01.1979. Koliso lives at 4323 NE 2nd Ct in Renton. At 1918 hours, Isahaq Isack called 911 to make a phone report that he was involved in a hit and run collision at McDonalds (73 Rainier AVE S). This is located on the west side of the intersection for Airport and Rainier AVE N. I used DOL/DAPS and found Isahaq A. Isack DOB/03.26.2007. Isack also lives at 4323 NE 2nd CT in Renton. Isack's DOL status is instruction permit only. I called Isack. Isack provided the name I already had found via DOL/DAPS. Isack told me that he was on the way to McDonalds and was in a collision where they both hit each other and then he "got scared and left." Isack told me that he was scared because he only has a learner's permit, and he wasn't supposed to have his mom's car. I had Isack go outside and get the license plate on his mom's car. It is a Silver 2023 Toyota Highlander WA/CKS1186. 1 asked Isack to describe the collision. Isack told me that the other driver came up behind him and he didn't see the other car. I told Isack that he had a collision with a Telsa that has cameras running all the time. What I can see on the cameras is opposite of what he had told me. The Telsa was in the curb lane when Isack approached in lane 2 (a center lane) and collided with the Telsa. I told him that I could see him make a U turn and head back towards his home. Isack agreed this happened. Over the phone, Isack provided his insurance. Officer Rivera responded to the Isack's house and took damage of the vehicle, Isack's Instruction Permit, and proof of insurance. Officer Rivera told me that there is slight damage to the front passenger bumper of the vehicle that Isack was driving. Yu does not wish to pursue charges for Hit and Run. I told Yu (and later Isack) that I would be citing Isack for No Valid Operator's license and inattention. But not for the actions of Isack, this collision would not have occurred. I issued Sector Infraction #5A0003250 TO Isack for No valid Operator's license and Inattentive driving with a request that the court mail the infraction. A copy of the exchange of information was given to Yu and a copy emailed to Isack.
