NARRATIVE
On my way to a doctor's appointment, I was in a hit and run car accident that took place at the intersection of S Carr Rd and
Talbot Rd (near Valley Medical Center). I was not injured, but my car's rear bumper was damaged. While at the stop light at
the intersection, a silver Hyundai Accent with license plate CHN6137 rear-ended me. Seconds later, the car reversed just
enough so that it wasn't touching my car. There were cars stopped at the light on all sides of us, so there wasn't a way out
for her at the time. I turned off my engine, turned on my hazards, and got out of my car to talk to the female driver who did
not attempt to turn off her car, nor get out of the car. I asked if we could exchange insurance information, and she claimed
there was no damage to my car. Then, as soon as the light turned green, she drove off without providing me with her
insurance or contact information. I returned to my car and jotted down the info I had memorized.
