NARRATIVE
I was traveling north on 140th WAY SE on the right lane, approaching the intersection to Maple Valley HWY. A Hyundai
Tucson (CAB9840) passed me on the left lane at a high rate of speed. Near SE 151st LN, the right lane splits into 2. I
moved into the right-most lane, prepared to turn right onto Maple Valley HWY. The Hyundai, on the left most lane, moved
across 2 lanes, cut right in front of me while braking hard. I had no choice but to swerve to the right to avoid the Hyundai,
hitting the curb. The Hyundai may have made contact with my left front fender.
I honked at the driver, trying to get her attention. The Hyundai driver then made the right turn onto Maple Valley HWY and
sped away. Driver turned right onto 152nd Ave SE and then cut thru heavy traffic to get into the commercial parking lot(near
Starbucks)to get away.
