NARRATIVE
on july 25, 2023, my girlfriend, Britney Spillman, and i, James Toney, were heading in the HOV Lane on the southbound
appoach ramp of Hwy 167 South. as we approach going under the bridge this box truck hit my truck in the center and rear of
my truck with his front wheel. It scarred the daylights out of us because he didnt slow down and we were stuck in the lane do
to the concretre barrier on our left and I had to just hold the wheel with all my stranght why this box truck driver allowed his
front left (driver)wheel and lug bolt tear into the side and rear on the passenger side of my truck. there was a car in front of
me and behind me so i couldnt speed upo or slow down but at the merccy of this driver who obviously intentionally hit my
truck and held his truck against mine. afterwards he refused to stay and i repeatedly called the number he gave me and he
refused answer my calls, return my calls, etc. At the wreck he thought it was a joke and said it didntmatter because all he had
to do was notify the dock manager and no action would be taken.
