On 03/30/2025 at approximately 2009 hours, I was dispatched to a non-injury, non-blocking accident at 10622 SE Carr Rd. arrived at CVS, located at 10712 SE Carr Rd, where the parties had gathered. I identified Unit 1 as Anna K. Hernandez Ramirez (01/25/1995), who was driving a 2019 Dodge Journey (Temp WA/A8206766). Anna and her children in the vehicle were uninjured and not complaining of any pain. There was no air bag deployment, and all children were seat belted or secured in car seats. I observed heavy damage to the driver's side rear fender, and it appeared her rear driver's side wheel was bent out of alignment. Unit 1 advised via Spanish language line that she was pulling out of 7Eleven, located at 17615 108th Ave SE. She was preparing to turn left out of the driveway onto SE Carr Rd, but there is a barrier, and drivers are not able to turn left onto SE Carr Rd. Unit 1 was unaware and made a left turn anyway, attempting to proceed westbound on SE Carr Rd. In doing so, she traveled in oncoming traffic, crossing Unit 2's path which caused Unit 2 to strike her vehicle. I identified Unit 2 as Qais Azizi (05/23/2004) who was driving a 2006 Toyota Sienna (WA/CPA7460). Azizi was complaining of minor leg pain due to the collision, so RRFA was requested to evaluate him. RRFA cleared Azizi advising he did not need to go to the hospital, and they were unable to determine any significant injury. I observed significant damage to the driver's side of the front bumper and front driver's side fender. Azizi advised he was traveling in the center lane, eastbound on SE Carr Rd. He was approaching the intersection of 108th Ave SE. He was slowing down as he approached the intersection and was about to merge into the left lane. As he neared 7Eleven, he struck Unit 1 who had pulled out in front of him. Neither party received a citation. Unit 2 was drivable, but Unit 1 was not. Anna advised she would determine if her insurance would cover the cost of a tow, but an employee in CVS advised she could leave the vehicle in their parking lot temporarily while she figured it out.
