EF83241 CASE# 25-3308 OF COLLI ION 04/12/25 18:54 OF COLLISION NARRATIVE Case 25-3308 1 was working as a fully uniformed City of Renton Police Officer in a fully marked City of Renton Police Car as unit# 3R11 This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have been paraphrased and summarized. At the time of this call my body worn camera was activated. On 4/12/2025, at 1854 hours, I was dispatched to 4224 East Valley Road for a report of a two-vehicle collision that had occurred. The call notes read that it was a two-vehicle collision in the plot of the address, with no injuries and over $1,000 dollars' worth of damage. When I arrived, I contacted the driver 1 of unit 1 who was driving a red, 2024 Toyota Venza, bearing WA plate CMP5743. The driver, I identified through her WA drivers license, as Michelle Y Flores (DOB 12/17/1971). Michelle's Toyota had significant front-end damage, over $1,000 dollars. I took photos of the damage and later uploaded those photos to evidence.com. Michelle also had her three sons in the vehicle with her at the time of the collision, there was not any reported injuries. Michelle stated she had gotten distracted while driving northbound on East Valley Road, and rear- ended unit 2 as it was turning into the driveway of the SPOT Sports bar. spoke to the driver of unit 2 who was driving a white, 2017, Landrover Discovery, bearing WA plate CMA1403. The driver, I identified through her WA driver's license as Rischanna L Brandt-Jamerson (DOB 07/30/1991). Rischanna stated the vehicle she was driving was a TURO rental. Rischanna stated that she was driving northbound on East Valley Road and was rear ended by the other vehicle turning into the driveway of the SPOT sports bar. Rischanna had her husband and tow kids in the car as well, she also stated there was not any injuries. I completed a Sector Collison report and provided both Michelle and Rischanna with exchange of information sheets. Michelle's daughter arrived on scene to pick her up along with her children. Due to Michelle's vehicle possibly not being able to drive her vehicle was parked in the parking lot of the SPOT sports bar, after asking permission from bar staff to leave it there.
