Officer Narrative
Narrative
On 05/02/2025 at approximately 1756 hours I was dispatched to an Accident that occurred at the 1800
block of Benson Drive S, in the City of Renton, King County,WA.
While in route, dispatch advised there was a non-injury 2-motor vehicle accident.The reporting party
advised that the other party did not have valid insurance. Dispatch advised both parties would be waiting
for police contact at Rainier Case Management, 1400 Talbot Rd S.
Upon arrival at Rainier Case Management, I contacted both parties. Both parties declined medical aid.
Unit 1, Scott Hallek(DOB 11/25/1965),was driving his white Motorhome(WA/CDP2855). Unit 2,Anthony
Nadalin (DOB 06/19/1955),was driving his gray Ford F-150(WA/C78679W).
Unit 1 was traveling northbound in lane 2 on Benson Drive S, approaching S 15th Street. Unit 2 was
paralleling unit 1 while traveling in the same direction in lane 3. Both parties stated that the other vehicle
came into their lane when the vehicles collided.
Unit 1 has damage to the passenger side front panels. Unit 2 has damage to the driver's side mirror. Both
vehicles were able to drive under their own power.
Unit 1 informed me that he has"dairyland insurance," however was unable to show me his valid
insurance. I informed Unit 1 that he could email me the policy number. I will complete a supplemental
report once he emails me that information.
Pictures of both vehicles are attached into Axon.
Based off the statements made by both parties, I could not determine proximate cause for either unit.
