SUBJECT:Additional Microsoft Licensing
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 5 to CAG-20-154 with Insight
Public Sector. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 1101264930, in the
amount of $44.95, for the purchase of Microsoft Cloud PKI licensing.The license term is
prorated to align with our M365 renewal on 08/31/2026.
This licensing is to test the capabilities of the Intune functionality we are implementing in
M365. The licensing enables certificate assignment to devices allowing them to connect to
the city network.
