SUBJECT:Additional Microsoft Licensing
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 6 to CAG-20-154 with Insight
Public Sector. This Amendment authorizes payment of Invoice # 11001262994, in the
amount of $19,424.16, for the purchase of Microsoft Voice Appslicensing.The license term
is prorated to align with our M365 renewal on 08/31/2026.
This licensing will provide for auto attendant and call queues in the Teams Phone
environment.
