This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 2 to CAG-23-191 with Zoho
Corporation. This Amendmentauthorizes payment of Quote # 5000062, in the amount of
$39,123.41 ($35,470.00 plus sales tax), for the annual renewal ofthe ManageEngine
ServiceDesk Plus platform. Annual renewal dates are 05/22/2025 – 05/21/2026.
This platform is used by Executive Services and Public Works for internal service requests
and asset management.
