SUBJECT:Renewal of CoStar Subscription with Additional User
License
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 4 to CAG-22-191 with CoStar.
Our current agreement with CoStar includes two user licenses at a rate of $977.43 ($886.16
plus tax) per month. This Amendment authorizes the execution of the attached subscription
change form adding one additional user license at a rate of $474.29 ($430.00 plus tax) per
month. With this additional license our new monthly total with taxwill be $1,451.72.
CoStar is a national database used by Community and Economic Development to research
commercial properties that are for lease or sale. This information is used to assist
businesses looking for space in Renton and in responding to data requests.
