SUBJECT:Annual Renewal + Additional Bluebeam Licensing
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Amendment No. 6 to CAG-20-496 with CADD
Microsystems, Inc.
This Amendment authorizes payment of:
1. Invoice # SO30042652, in the amount of $220.00, for two additional Bluebeam
licenses pro-rated to our July 22nd renewal.
2. Order # Q1667660, in the amount of $11,532.00, for the annual renewal of
Bluebeam Studio Prime and Bluebeam Revu.
Our current renewal term is 07/22/2025 –07/22/2026.
Multiple departments use this software to integrate EnerGov electronic plan review into
Bluebeam Studio. These additional licenses will be used by Public Works.
