Submittal Checklist

3) Fees: Requesting waiver of fee. This is a City of Renton project.
4) Critical Areas Exemption Form: See provided document, “Rolling Hills Ave SE – Crit Areas
Ex”
5) Neighborhood Detail Map: See provided document, “Rolling Hills Ave SE – Neighborhood
Map”
6) Site Plan: See provided document, “Rolling Hills Ave SE – Drawings”
7) Topography Map: See provided document, “Rolling Hills Ave SE – Drawings”
8) Tree Retention/Land Clearing (Tree Inventory) Plan: Requesting waiver. No trees or
vegetation will be impacted.
9) Arborist Report: Requesting waiver. No trees will be impacted.
10) Wetland Assessment: Requesting waiver. No wetland is located at the site.
11) Standard Stream or Lake Study: Requesting waiver. Thunder Hills Creek is a piped creek
and during periods of time with no rain there is no water that flows through the pipe. The
pipe lining project will not negatively impact Thunder Hills Creek any more than it’s current
condition because work will be done during a dry period and if there is any water in the pipe
the creek will be rerouted in a pipe matching the current existing condition.
12) Flood Hazard Data: Requesting waiver. There is no flood hazard data.
13) Biological Assessment/Critical Areas Study: Requesting Waiver. There is no floodplain.
14) Habitat Data Report: Requesting Waiver. There is no critical habitat within the site or abuts
a critical habitat.
15) Geotechnical Report: Requesting Waiver. Work to be done is lining a pipe. No earthwork
and/or work requiring geotechnical information will be conducted.
16) Letter of Understanding Geologic Risk: Requesting Waiver. No earthwork and/or work
requiring geotechnical information will be conducted.
17) Drainage Control Plan: See provided document, “Rolling Hills Ave SE – Drawings”
18) Drainage Report: Requesting Waiver. Per section 1.1.1 of the City of Renton 2022 Surface
Water Design Manual no TIR and/or drainage review is required for maintenance projects.
19) Grading Plan, Detailed: Requesting Waiver. No grading work will be conducted.
