The Contractor had al- ready installed the foundation form for L12 at the original design location, so it needs to be relocated. The remainder of the work has not been started. The engineer's estimate to relocate the foundation form for L12 is $2,423.68, prepared 3/ 17/22. The work to relocate the form will be tracked by force account methods and the estimated cost is $2,500. Relocate street sign at Sta 906+10 RT to a new post. Relocate the foundation form that was installed at Sta 906+10.3 RT Add the following Special Provisions to the contract: 8-20.5 Payment (*****) This Section is supplemented with the following: "RELOCATE L12 FOUNDATION FORM", by force account. All costs of excavation of the street light L12 foundation form that was installed at Sta 906+10.3 RT, backfilling the void, relocating or furnishing and installing a new street light form for L12 at Sta 899+55, 39.5' RT will be paid by force account as specified in Section 1-09.6. The Contracting Agency has estimated the amount of force account for RELOCATE L12 FOUNDATION FORM. Reason for Change: The Renton School District will be installing a new traffic signal with luminaire at the SE corner of Duvall Ave NE and NE 9th Street, where street light L12 is shown on the plans. The City would like PSE/Intolight to remove an existing street light at the SE corner of Duvall Ave NE and NE 9th Street that is currently fed by overhead power. The overhead power is being undergrounded as part of this contract. The street light L12 can be added to the SE corner of Duvall Ave NE and NE 9t Street in its place.
