NARRATIVE
On 7/19/24, I was at Valley Medical Center ER with my grandmother(as her visitor), and my vehicle was parked in the
emergency parking garage on the first floor. I was parked in the row closest to the elevators. My license plate should be
visible to the cameras. I was there from approximately 7:50 PM, until about 1:10 AM on 7/20/24. This morning I noticed there
was a big dent on my passenger side in the back, on the door. It was definitely not there when I left my house before going to
the Emergency Room. It was parked in my driveway this morning so there's no way any cars could have hit it since I came
home after the ER. There was no note from anyone about hitting my car, so it was a hit and run. Valley security
recommended filing a police report and said that police would check their cameras.
