HomeMy WebLinkAboutCM_Construction_Mitigation_Description_250507_v1 Windsor Plat 19411/19505 108th Avenue SE Renton, WA CONSTRUCTION MITIGATION DESCRIPTION Proposed Construction Dates (begin and end dates): Depending on permit approvals and market conditions, clearing and grading for utilities, road improvements and plat infrastructure would begin in late 2025 or early 2026, with completion and plat recording by 2nd quarter, 2026. Further depending on market conditions and permits, construction of homes would then commence and likely be completed within 9-12 months. Hours and days of operation: Typical hours of construction would be from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or as otherwise allowed by City of Renton. Proposed Hauling/ Transportation routes: Materials and labor to the site are proposed from 108th Avenue SE, and will be coordinated with City of Renton Inspector prior to commencement. Transportation access will be from 108th Avenue SE, with on-site parking and material storage within the property. Measures to minimize construction activities: The minimum construction activity will be necessary to provide the required public and private improvements for this project. All temporary erosion and sedimentation control measures required by the City of Renton and other agencies will be implemented and maintained. Watering will be implemented, as necessary, to control dust during the summer months and all construction equipment will be equipped with appropriate mufflers to comply with local noise ordinances. Special hours: No special hours are anticipated to complete construction. If additional hours, or weekend work, are necessary to complete the project on schedule, City of Renton will be contacted for approval. Preliminary Traffic Control Plan: A Preliminary Traffic Control Plan will be provided at the appropriate time and approved prior to the pre-construction meeting with the City of Renton. This plan will be implemented prior to any construction activities.
