Renton Neighborhood Petition involving Mary Bigley who lives at the Sir Cedric
Condominiums in the Renton Highlands. Address 3233 NE 12th St Apt #201

'This petition is a community complaint against Ms. Bigley in regards to the ongoing numerous
criminal activities, property damages, and other ongoing nuisances. Ms. Bigley is the owner of
unit#201 and with her knowledge this is just a list of some of the examples of our grievances
against her that are documented in court, police, fire and valley comm records.
1. Illicit Drug Offenses.
2. Stolen vehicles
3. Threats made against residents
4. Break-ins to properties and theft
5. Illegal firearms
6. Domestic violence
7. Property vandalism and damages totaling over$100,000.
8. Stolen mail
9. Noise complaints and disturbing the peace after hours
