Hot Mix Asphalt, Asphalt Aggregate and Asphalt Binder shall meet the requirements of WSDOT Specifications Sections 5-04, 9-02 and 9-03. Refer to WSDOT Standard Specifications Section 9-03.21 and Contract documents to see if recycled materials are permitted and documentation requirements.
