NARRATIVE
On August 10, 2024 12:50pm I was driving on Rainier Avenue South taking a left onto Airport Way at the light which was
green. I drove across a proceeded to the far left lane (3-lane) and was driving straight in middle of left lane when my car was
hit and shifted across the double yellow lines about 3-feet into on coming traffic. I swerved to my right to get back onto the left
lane and proceeded to park near a restaurant parking lot. I saw the individual park about 10 feet on the other side of the
parking lot. He came up to me and asked if I was okay and he seemed okay and we looked at my car to access the damage. I
asked for his drivers license and insurance and he acknowledge and went to his car, i proceeded to get my information.
looked up and his car was gone, he drove away. I tried to get into my car and chase him but oncoming traffic stopped me. I
went to my work and called my insurance and now filing this report. I did not retrieve any license or insurance from individual.
He was driving a white Prius. The damage to my car was smashed in passenger rear door and frame with scrapes to front
passenger door left side with white paint.
