Thank you for submitting the information requested in the original On Hold letter, dated May 1, 2017.
Your project has been taken off hold and the City will continue to review the project.
This matter is tentatively scheduled for a meeting before the Environmental Review Committee on May 28, 2018
and is scheduled for a Public Hearing on July 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM, Council Chambers, Seventh Floor, Renton City
Hall, 1055 South Grady Way, Renton. The applicant or representative(s) of the applicant are required to be present
at the public hearing. A copy of the staff report will be mailed to you one week before the hearing.
Prior to that review, you will be notified if any additional information is required to continue processing your
application.
