On 5/12/25 at 0940 hours, I was dispatched to an accident at Lake Ave S &Airport Way within the City of
Renton, County of King,Washington.
Unit 1 driver was identified as Janet R Kubota (7/11/48) driving WA/BYT9902
Unit 2 driver was identified as Sara W. Smith (7/19/54) driving WA/D37209B
Unit 2 stated she was driving eastbound on Airport Way in the inside lane when Unit 1 pulled north out of
Lake Ave S resulting in her colliding into Unit 1 with her front passenger side quarter panel.
Unit 1 stated she was "Creeping" out onto Airport Way from Lake Ave S and she just didn't see Unit 2 resulting
in colliding into Unit 2 with her front bumper.
I observed minor body damage on both vehicles, however Unit 1's airbag had deployed. She refused medical
attention multiple times.
