On 5/12/25 at 1439 hours, I was dispatched to an accident at Hardie Ave SW and Renton Ave S within the City
of Renton, County of King, Washington.
Unit 1 driver was identified as Pinsokai S. Puth (5/22/92) driving WA/ABE6921
Unit 2 driver was identified as Vinh K.To (11/21/90) driving WA/BMP7189
Unit 1 stated she was driving west on Renton Ave S trying to make a left turn to go south on Hardie Ave SW
when she was struck by Unit 2 on her passenger side quarter panel.
Unit 2 stated he was traveling eastbound on Renton Ave S when Unit 1 pulled in front of him causing him to
strike her with his front passenger side quarter panel.
I observed moderate body damage to both vehicles.
