Narrative
I was working as a fully uniformed City of Renton Police Officer in a fully marked City of Renton Police Car as
unit#7R75.
This report is a summary of events that occurred and is not an exact sequencing of events. Statements have
been paraphrased and summarized. At the time of this call my body worn camera was activated.
On 05-14-2025 at approximately 1538 hours I was dispatched to Carmax located at 3751 East Valley RD in the
City of Renton, King County WA for a hit and run by phone.
A Carmax employee, Devon Williams stated that last night(05/13/2025) a box truck with no affiliation to Carmax
hit a fence on their property. The plate provided was (9G74591/CA vin 1 FUJGEDV9GLGW568) and the
registered owner was CWS Incorporated from 21999 Van Buren ST#1 Grand Terrace, CA.
Devon said the truck had the company name of"2 guns trucking"which returns to a company from Canada, the
phone number is 778-400-7573.
1 searched for the plate using a police database with no returns.
There is no further suspect information at this time.
Devon said the damages are expected to be less than $1,000.
1 sent Devon an Axon link, and she provided me with photos of the truck.
