SUBJECT:Annual Renewal of Trimble SketchUp
This memo is in lieu of our standard contract template which allows for signature by both
parties.
Attached for your review and signature is Addendum No. 1 to TAG-25-020 with Trimble, Inc.
(paid via US Bank – OneCard).The purpose of this Addendum is to add funding, in the
amountof $384.95 ($349.00 plus tax) to Eden for the annual renewalof our SketchUp
subscription. The current subscription term is 05/28/2025 – 05/27/2026.
Trimble SketchUp is a 3D modeling program that allows users to create and manipulate 3D
models. It is currently used by CED.
