Narrative
On 05-18-2025 at 0750 hours I was dispatched to the area of Kirkland Ave SE/123rd Ave SE, in the City of
Renton, County of King, State of Washington,for a reported collision between two vehicles.
While enroute, dispatch advised that there was a collision between red Honda Accord (WA LIC: CKJ8411) and a
black 1995 Mercedes (WA LIC: CFK4792). Nobody was around or in the vehicles at the time.
Upon arrival,the Honda appeared to hit the parked Mercedes along the side of the road. Nobody was around
the vehicles and it appeared to be a hit and run. Based on the Honda blocking half the road and no registered
owner on scene, I towed the Honda.
Later, around 1020 hours the registered owner of the Honda,James A. Dent (DOB: 07-12-1983), called to
discuss the situation. He informed me that he already contacted the owner of the Mercedes and exchanged
information.James was disputing some charges with the tow company but I told him that will be between him
and the tow company. He understood and I gave him the case number for his records.
