SUBJECT: "Off Hold" Notice
Solera Phase 2 (Blocks C & D), LUA24-000375, SA-M, SA-A
Dear Ms. Freeman,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton determined that the subject application was complete according
to submittal requirements December 13, 2024. Upon review of the application, staff determined that
additional information related to drainage and the building designs was needed in order to complete the
review, and placed review of the application on-hold on February 15, 2025.
Staff has received the necessary documents and therefore will continue review of the project. At this time,
your project has been placed “off hold. Please contact me at (425) 430-7219 if you have any questions.

Dear Ms. Freeman,
The Planning Division of the City of Renton determined that the subject application was complete according
to submittal requirements December 13, 2024. Upon further review of the application, staff determined that
additional information related to drainage and the building designs is needed in order to complete the
review.
- The applicant shall submit updated civil plans and an updated Technical Information Report
reflecting the proposed plan for bioretention planters proposed in the open areas. In addition, the
applicant shall provide conceptual renderings indicating how the bioretention planters can be “dual -
purpose” by providing educational opportunities with signage, additional seating, or other
alternatives.
- The applicant shall provide updated elevations, as well as renderings, of the proposed townhomes.
The updated elevations and renderings shall incorporate additional façade modulation/articulation,
material differentiation on the upper floors, more prominent front entries/porches, and roof
elements such as dormers, pitch variations, etc.
At this time, your project has been placed “on hold” pending receipt of the updated project documents
identified above and in the attached memo . The maximum time for resubmittal shall be within ninety (90)
days of this notice, unless an extension is approved by the Current Planning Project Manager. Please contact
