NARRATIVE
I was on my way home from work stopped at a red light headed southbound in the far right lane on 108th Ave SE at the
intersection of SE Carr Rd. There was a white car in front of me and a dark (I believe black)truck behind me. It was lifted
and had extremely large tires on it. I felt my car jolt forward and noticed the truck backing up behind me and trying to change
lanes, I immediately suspected he was going to try to flee the scene. I opened my door to get out and asked the driver if he
was going to pull over. He motioned me to turn right to pull over. I did not pull out my phone to take pictures of my vehicle or
the truck's plate as the driver was clearly agitated and I was fearful he was going to try to race off as I was doing so and did
not want to risk getting ran over. I got back into my car, when the light turned green I began the right hand turn onto SE Carr
Rd and watched as the driver sped around me and down 108th Ave SE southbound instead of following me to exchange
information. I made a u turn and tried to follow the truck to get a license plate but another vehicle was stopped at the light
and by the time I was able to get back on 108th Ave SE the truck was out of sight. I called 911 immediately to report the
incident and was later called back by the officer informing me they had no luck finding a truck matching my description.
