Unless otherwise noted,the following occurred in the City of Renton, County of King,WA.
On 05-19-2025 at approximately 1728 hours I was dispatched to a collision that occurred in the
intersection of SE 154th PL/140th Way SE.
I arrived at approximately 1742 hours with Ofc Ranan. Ofc Ranan spoke to the registered owner of unit 1
while I spoke to the registered owner of unit 2.The following is a summary of what occurred per the
parties.
Unit 1 was traveling south on 140th Way SE and was in the turn lane to turn east into the neighborhood of
SE 154th Pl. Unit 1 exited the same neighborhood,failed to yield, and struck unit 2 who was in the turn
Lane. Unit 1 admitted he was not paying attention.The damage on both vehicles matched this account.
Unit 1 is a Tesla and equipped with vehicle cameras.The footage from the vehicle was not requested at
this time.
Involved parties were identified by their WA DOL images. Both units were in operable condition. No one
involved complained of any injury. Images of both vehicles were uploaded to evidence.com. No citations
were issued in this incident.
During this incident I was equipped with body-worn camera which records both audio and video.
Portions of the incident were recorded.This report is merely a summary of the incident and is not
intended to be an exact transcription of the entire investigation or what may have been captured with the
recording system.
