The project site consists of the southern 12-acres of a 21-acre parcel previously utilized as a parking area. The building would be situated on the south end of the site with the majority of the parking located on the north side of the structure. Associated landscape, parking (900 stalls) and utility improvements are included with the proposal. Additional trees and landscaping are also proposed along the site's North 8th Street frontage in order to screen the loading dock area and the "back" of the building.
