- Dear Ms. Carlson:
Fry's Electronics, Inc. is in receipt of your letter date August 13. 2002, in which you
state that the City has only agreed to waive $295.171.07 in fees and that all Building
and Permit Fees would not be waived- Thus, rejecting the additional $5.582.51 in fees
that Fry's had listed in our letter dated June 19. 2002. Enclosed in our June 19. 2002.
letter was a check in the amount of $23.424.40 for Building and Permit fees.
Therefore, this letter seeks to confirm that the $23.424.40 and the $5,582.51 (in
rejected fees) will be all the City fees that Fry's will be responsible for with this project.
