remaining balance of the property area. Negotiations will continue indefinitely until both
parties can reach a mutual agreement
Our current timeline is based on our start date of June 24'", 2002_ The length of the project is
approximately 8.5 months, therefore, completion is estimated to be around the first part of
March 2003 at a cost of approximately $15 million.
The above request is in accordance with previous discussions which have taken place
between Fry's Electronics and the City of Renton.
