SUBJECT: Issuance of Building Permits for
Fry's Electronics / B010189
The required fees for the above referenced project — specrfically Fire Mitigation Fees, Traffic
Mitigation Fees, Water System Development Charges, and Waste Water System Development
Charges — are currently under negotiation.
Therefore, the building permits are authorized for issuance with the condition that the
fees/charges be dealt with, either through waiver or payment, prior to issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy.
The EDNSP Department will process the formal waiver request from the applicant. Updates
regarding the pending Council Action wdi be provided.
