Subject: Fry's Discussion Topics for Wednesday's
phone call at 1pm
1)Fee structure for the Fry's Parcel in Renton.
2)Fry's request to waive all future fees; including all on
and off site, sewer, building permits, traffic mitigation,
etc.
3)Fry's has requested that all fees subject to their
parcel in Renton be waived, whether the use is retail or
not including residential, industrial or office.
4)City of Renton has stated that currently they have
waived all the fees for the initial Fry's building but
would only consider waiving future fees if the uses were
for retail.
