Installation of devices shall be in the horizontal position only- A separate utility permit and separate plans will be required for the installation cf the double detector check valve assembly for the fire sprinkler system, if backflow device is to be installed inside the building. 6. If building exceeds 30 feet in height, a backflow device will be required to be installed on the domestic water meter. SANITARY SEWER 1 A Sewer System Development Charge (SDC) of $95,145.07 is owed on this site. The rate is based on 897,595 sq. feet x $0.160. 68.000 sq feet was previously assessed. This is payable at the time the utility permit is issued. 2. If food preparation facilities are proposed, a grease trap or grease interceptor will be required. SURFACE WATER 1. All construction utility permits for utilities, drainage and street improvements will require separate plan submittals. All utility plans shall conform to the Renton Drafting Standards, which are attached for reference. Plans shall be prepared by a licensed Civil Engineer. 2. When the utility plans are complete, please submit three (3) copies of the drawings, two (2) copies of the drainage report; permit application and an itemized cost of construction estimate and application fee at the counter on the sixth floor.
