MITIGATION ITEMSs

building of square 624.00 is footarequired based on $.52 per
squ
FIRE CODE REQUIREMENTS:
1. The preliminary fire now is 6000 GPM, one hydrant is required within
150 feet of the structure and five additional hydrants are required within
300 feet of the structure.
2. Separate plans and permits are required for the installation of the fire
alarm and sprinkler systems.
3. Fire Department access roadways are required to within 150 feet of all
portions of the building exterior. Roadways are a minimum 20 in width
with a turning radius of 45 foot outside and 25 foot inside.
4. Provide a list of the flammable, combustible liquids and any hazardous
chemical to be used or stored on site.
