piles are the preferred foundation system in this particular case due to the fact that they
are not 'drven" piles that cause unusual vibrations in the immediate area during their
placement
Construction Mitigation
Construction on the site is expected to begin in June of 2001 and end in November 2001
all during normal working hours Due to the location and size of the site, it is not
expected that any alternate route will need to be provided for the existing traffic in the
area.
All necessary measures will be taken to reduce dust and other construction debris
through the use of filter fabric in the storm drains and removal of waste on the site during
construction.
