WA 98164-1006 1el 206�461-6000 fax 206/461-6049 —ttle�wdlrg,oup- - dirgroup.corn On behalf of DASH 80, LP, DLR Group is submitting this request for a preliminary project review for a Fry's Electronics Store proposed on a 21 .35-acre site located northeast of the intersection of Garden Avenue North and North 8' Street in the ciTy of Renton, Washington. The proposed Fry's Electronics Store is designed to be a 151,200 square feet (360 feet by 420 feet), single story, single tenant retail building. The exterior finish is preliminarily designed to be a combination of decorative. structural concrete masonry and an exte sulated finish system (E.I.F.S). The finished elevation of the parapet wall is to b 32 -0" bove grade and finished with a decorative cornice. The site has been laid ou such that a 4.6/1000 parking ratio is achieved (700 stalls total). The building shall be situated at the south end of the site with the majority of the parking to the north of the building. The loading dock and "back" of the building will be well screened from North 8" Street with trees and landscape. Due to its use, delivery trucks will be entering and leaving the site throughout the day. Our site design provides a route that trucks may easily follow and not disrupt normal traffic.
