The site is currently zoned Heavy Industrial and is developed as a relatively flat asphalt
parking lot for The Boeing Company. The Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad
Right of Way borders the site to the east. It has virtually no !andscaping and does not
have an existing building on the site. With our proposed design, we will be adding
landscaped areas, removing a portion of the impervious asphalt, and providing a
quality retail building to attract interest. We do not see any areas of special concern
with the site at this point in the design.
