Fire Department Comments:
1. The preliminary fire now is 6000 GPM, one hydrant is required within
150 feet of the stricture and five additional hydrants are required within
300 feet of the structure.
2_ A fire mitigation fee of $78,624.00 is required based on $.52 per
square foot of the building square footage_
3_ separate plans and permit are required for the installation of fire
alarm and sprinkler systems.
4_ Fire Department access roadways are required to within 150 feet of all
portions of the building exterior_ Roadways are a minimum 20'in width
with a turning radius of 45 foot outside and 25 foot inside.
5. Provide a list of the flammable, combustible liquids and any hazardous
chemical to be used or stored on site_
