Proposed measures to reduce or control surface, ground,
and runoff water impacts, if anv_:
Per the current City of Renton drainage standards, no
detention would be req-.aired due to a negligible increase
in peak runoff rates. No water quality treatment would
be required because less than 5000 sf of new pollution
generating impervious surface area will be added.

(with no landscape islands or perimeter planting).

New landscaping will be provided around the perimeter of
the parking area with a mixture of native plant
materials and/or draught tolerant species. The parking
lot landscape will have islands with northwest
ornamental trees, shrubs and ground cover. Landscape
will be added at the service and loading areas to screen
from the street.
