Hole was grouted and backfilled to 15 feet BGS with bentonite chips. A 15' piezometer with 10 feet of screen/sand backfill was installed in the boring, and the rest of the hole was bacMilled with bentonite chips. The surfatt of the hole was completed with a tnonitoring well monument, anchored with cement. A water level of 6.86' was measured in the p-ometer on 2 4, 01. SAMPLER Cal.
