Hole was grouted and backfilled to 10 feet

backfill was installed in the boring, and the '
rest of the hole was backfilled with I

bentonite chips- The surface of the hole
was completed with a monitoring well
monurnt-rtt- anchored with cement. A water
level of 4.5 )' BGS was measured in the
pi ezometer on D'4i01 .
